I headed out in the evening and ran kind of a random route. I went 81st-Lisbon-60th-Center-61st-Vliet-Washington Highlands-Milwaukee-Ludington-Jackson Park-94th-North-95th-Harding Blvd-Harding-98th-Tower View-Colonial-Hadley-92nd-Townsend-84th-Lisbon-82nd-Locust-81st. I was a little worried that my hamstring might still be a problem, but I did not notice any problems there. Left calf seemed okay out there too. That is a good sign!
