I TRIED TO RUN THIS WITH MGP STARTING AT MILE 10, BUT KNEW THAT WOULDN'T HAPPEN BY MILE 14 AND HAD THIS END UP BEING A "TIME ON MY FEET" RUN. MY LEGS FEEL HEAVY AND FULL. MY HIPS AND HAMSTRINGS WERE SORE, MORE NOTICIBLE WHEN TRYING TO PICK UP THE PACE, IT WAS LIKE I COULDN'T KEEP MY LEGS MOVING FAST ENOUGH. OTHERWISE I FELT FINE, GOOD STOMACH, GOOD DAY IN GENERAL.
