It seems like a lot of exercises when you string it out but it wasn't bad. Really just some morning exercises to make up for half-assing it at the gym yesterday.

The hardest part of the exercises were the push ups. I haven't done my push up workout in a while so I was pumped I completed the push up workout. I'm definitely getting stronger doing the free weights because I felt good through the entire workout.
