Notes

Went to the gym with the intent to half-ass it but actually got a good workout.

Warmed up with 5 minutes on the elliptical then did some exercises with a 30lb kettleball (two arm swings and overhead presses) The free weight area was packed so I hit the machines. It's not as good but it was okay (chest press, military press, triceps, lat pull downs) then hit some core exercises (sit ups, bosa ball squats, and frogger jumps)
