10 minutes on the elliptical for a warm up, then did a quick upper body circuit (2 sets of 12) and finished with a core circuit (2 sets of 15).

Upper Body: Lat Pull Downs (5), Seated Row (5), Chest Press (4), Overhead Press (4)

Core: Basic Crunch, Left Oblique Crunch, Right Oblique Crunch, Bicycle Crunch, Medicine Ball Crunch (15lbs), Planks (:30)

I could definitely tell I've taken time away from a weight workout : (
