Notes

I didn't record my workout on Tuesday so I forget my entire workout. I know I did kettle ball, free weights and core. I do know my dumb bell presses were 1 set of 10 at 35lbs and 2 sets of 10 at 40lbs. I tried a 3rd set and failed miserably.
