Really half-assed it today. I did a little kettle ball and a little free weights. My laziness probably resulted in a strong dump bell press because I did 1 set of 10 at 35lbs and 3 sets of 8 at 40lbs.

I need to hit the gym hard on Sunday.

I also need to do some core work tomorrow morning.
