Clark hit the gym today to help with my bench...I definitely have my work cut out for me. I'm glad I have a year to work it out.

Clark also showed me some really good kettle ball exercises to add to my workouts.

HIt the machines, did some core work, added some free weights and learned some additional kettleball exercises.
