Notes

Good run in the morning. Went out on the other side of Harris this time, and went down another new road. I was originally gonna do a lollipop, but instead decided to try connecting with some of what I did yesterday. I went to the end of Tenby, crossed Harris, and got myself onto Nottingham. I believe where I crossed was where I came out onto Harris yesterday. Nottingham will get you nearly all the way back, and I followed it for awhile, but then hopped off onto Robinhood. Took that to the end and wiggled my way out to Harris. Meant to get back to Nottingham and Greenwood but went too far.

Mostly successful though. Definitely getting better at learning the streets and what goes where. As far as I felt, I felt a bit tired at the beginning and just took it easy. Just went at what pace my body felt like going. That is probably the best thing to do, you will have faster days and slower days. Felt good once I warmed up but the slower pace was where my body wanted to be. I was thinking about this when I got back. It is swaying me more towards training with time instead of distance. Additionally it will help with mixing in biking, as I can make a training goal of, say, 8 hours of activity a week which can be split between bike and run. And won't force me to go longer than I should on a slower day like today.

Speaking of biking, the house stuff has started to settle down, and I think after this weekend and next I will be able to shift my focus back towards training. Moving my garage stuff and (motor)bike this weekend, and all next weekend I'm having friends over. In the meantime I'm enjoying the short fun exploration runs I've been doing.
