Performance WO #11 - Compound A

Good lift overall. Deadlifts were good. I took some video to check my form, and it looked great which was relieving. 175 wasn't feeling that bad so I tried 185. Tougher for sure. But I think I could do 3 sets of 8 for it.

I realize now I completely forgot to do ninja squat jumps. Didn't look at the book close enough I guess. I also skipped pull-ups, first at the beginning as I was worried they'd affect my landmines, and then at the end because I was running low on time. Skipped barbell calf raises for the same reason. I'm hoping I can get in a standalone push-ups + pull-ups session tomorrow morning. Won't be running til later anyways because of the snow.

And, this was another one of those lifts where I felt tired and not wanting to do it but persevering. I got into it after a bit. Just so tired from one long day after another. Busy til 8:30pm last night. Betsy remarked I looked tired too. But I am more caught up this week compared to last week, and I think by Wednesday or Thursday my plate will be a lot less full. Hoping to do some run planning and relaxing next weekend.
