Notes

Split squat 30s on all 3 reps. And felt not too hard! I remember this being very difficult before. I mean, it felt tough, but not a struggle like last time. Significant improvement. Hip thrust I have the same feelings on, except a little easier still. Landmine I'd say the same for. All still within the range of effort I'm looking for, so will probably keep the weight the same for a little bit. Hopefully I will have time soon to actually do 2 lifts a week. Coaching has been really tough with my time. It is so exhausting. And vacation coming up all next week. Hopefully there's a gym in the hotel. Maybe I will actually get two lifts in next week. This week even, I could lift Friday or Saturday :) Hopefully I'll be able to run every day too, I'm not entirely sure how that'll work out.
