Notes
Waited til midday to avoid the combo of darkness and snow-covered roads. When I went out only one of those was alleviated. I could see before I left that my road was just as covered as this morning, and assumed all other backroads would be the same way. I wore my Lone Peaks to take on the snow. So this run also turned into a good opportunity to see my calves' reaction to zero drop shoes. No issues! Continued to focus on light footsteps. In addition, I measured my cadence in 30sec intervals every few minutes. I never measured myself below 168, and got 172 often. However, when I was able to see my Garmin data for the run, my average was only 165. Still better than before, but still a ways to go. I really need to try the metronome thing. Because otherwise I have nothing to cue off of.
