Performance WO #10

For squat, I just kept it at 175 for 3 sets. The RPE is still well within range at this weight and I think 185, while doable, is pushing it. Better to do this until it feels easier.

Pull-ups were pretty great. Don't think I've done an 8, then 6 before. And I decided to superset in some weighted push-ups. These were fantastic! 20 reps on the first set, with 25 lbs on my back! And still able to do 2 more sets of 10! And I haven't even done push-ups in like 3 weeks! Yes :) Should have no issues with push-ups for the Murph.

Oh, and I threw in some weighted calf raises. I figure this is the next step in my calf rehab progression. And given all my minimalist shoe running, this should just be part of my regular lifting routine. Recommended also by Run Smarter as one of four running strength exercises to do if nothing else, so must be important.
