Notes

Haven't done back squat in a while so went back to WO #7 today. And since I haven't done it in a while, and been really behind on lifting in general, I started at just 135. It wasn't too bad, and the last set of 145 wasn't either, so I'm probably safe to go back up to 155 next time. Same with landmines, 35 isn't bad at all so I can go back to 40.

Unfortunately I think this will still be a one-day lift week. Everything is so hectic right now. I am planning on being in the weight room first thing next Monday so I should be able to get in two lifts next week.

Oh, I also remembered to do slow lower on pull-ups this time. Apparently that's supposed to improve my pull up max reps.
