Notes

Nice short and easy run this morning. Kept it that way to keep things in the recovery zone. Should still be fine to hit 50 miles this week but want to be cautious after yesterday. Soreness today was less hip flexor and more quads. I think the hip flexors are a result of the split squats and the rear leg contributing more than it should. I try to really focus on the front leg, idk if there's much more I can do. But we'll see if the DOMS goes away completely by Pennichuck tomorrow.
