Performance WO #11 - Compound A

Better lift today. But still running late, so I cut reverse lunges and barbell calf raises. RDLs were great. 4 sets of 175. I am still curious what I can do in full from-the-floor deadlifts. Maybe will try next time. Landmines, maybe my forearms were tired from pull-ups, I only did 5 the last set so I didn't drop the bar. Wish I had a thinner bar that wasn't made for a 6'8" man's hands. Overall pretty good.
