Was going to do hills, but decided that some sort of intervals at race pace made more sense. I wanted to go at 5:00 - 5:10 pace but just couldn't pull it together for this. I felt sore, maybe it was because I did some strength stuff yesterday? Also it was super fucking windy, like 20mph sustained winds. Fucking miserable. I FUCKING HATE WIND. Anyways, the reps weren't terrible I guess but bad. After not really improving after 4 I just called it and went back. I'll be better another day.
