Easy run with Carl and Steve. After rolling a couple times earlier in the day and combined with the rest I felt a heck of a lot better today. It's not better, but starting the run was a lot easier and the level the tightness went down was a lot less than what it has been in recent runs. After the run though it was decently sore to walk around on. Stretching and rolling is helping a lot with this. I think I'm gonna run 4-8 miles for the rest of the days leading up to the marathon, roll as needed, and I should be pretty alright for the marathon.
