Notes

Did a couple strides after the run. Part of the book I've been reading (same book that talked about eustress, "Run for Your Life" by doc Mark Cuccuzella) talked about strides being a good way to keep your muscles loose and fresh at the end of a run so they feel good the next day instead of tight.
