Lighter unstructured fartlek today on the golf course. Hard not to fartlek on the course. You're already going fast on the downhills, and the uphills are tempting to speed up. Kept the overall effort relatively light. Both calves somewhat tight to start but loosened up quickly. Felt good. Hill sprints after.
