Straight pain for the first 40 minutes - probably about 6:30 pace for most of this. But once I got onto town office, I got into a groove and started feeling pretty good. We went faster and once we were out on rt. 2 we were running 6 flat pace. I started to feel some stomach pain but I guess it wasn't too bad, since I still kept up the pace and even the big hill on rt. 2 wasn't bad at all. Fastest long run in a while but felt good. I got used to fast long runs over the summer so they aren't too big of a leap for me to get into again. Also I'm glad with how quality this run was since it kind of made up for not being able to run yesterday.
