NH 10 Miler. Long story short, cramped up ~4 miles in. Felt comfortable during the first mile, comfortably hard the next 2. I felt like I could maintain for the rest of the race. But a little less than 4 miles in, got a pretty bad cramp that stayed with me for the rest of the race. Oh well. I really need to figure out my pre-race routine, especially for these sorta-early races. This race I ate nothing in the morning, which worked great at the same race last year, but not so this year. At Falmouth a few weeks ago it was a Clif bar that did me in. Maybe something I had the night before? Idk. More research and experimentation will be done. The next couple races I'll try some other things.
