Performance WO #12 - Compound B
Pretty good overall today. A bit late so skipped barbell calf raises. RDLs I was a bit disappointed by. Hamstrings felt really tight so I couldn't get very low. As a result I'm doubtful I did as much work as normal. I need to figure out some stretching or something for that. Maybe sinking into it and holding with just the bar. Or something from one of my books.
I sorta made up for it with split squats, those felt good, although I probably coulda done 40 lbs. Everything else good.
Overall glad I was able to get back into my routine, and right on Monday. This should be a full lifting week no problem.
