Performance WO #9 - Horizontal Force
RDL still being conservative, went to 165, but for last set did 12 reps. Next time I'll do 3 reps of 12 to make sure I'm ready for 175, but probably am already. Calf raises were mostly good. Hip thrusts were a non-issue and not that hard, RPE 4 or 5. So should be able to go back to 225 there. Pull-ups were slow lower but still pretty good rep count - happy with that.
