Today was supposed to be a double. Tried running in the morning but I was really sore so I just stopped after a minute, figured it wasn't worth it. Rolled instead. For my later run I went out and was feeling really sore still, but I decided I should at least do something today. I was only going to run 35 but I just turned around earlier. Like in the morning, I decided it wasn't worth it. Pace reflects how bad I felt. I just took it real easy back. Hopefully with today being basically nothing my body will be more rested for tomorrow.
