additions for PT appt:
(new) 3x 15 seated single leg calf raise, foot on step, weighted 16kg
2x 10 calf raise, band pulling leg, use ankle eversion to resist
2x 10 calf raise, band pulling leg, use ankle inversion to resist
3x 15 single leg balance on unstable foam mat, throw/catch ball
(new) 3x 10 explosive step up with calf raise at end
3x 15 leg press machine, single leg
PT appointment. Everything went well. Some of the exercises from Tuesday with a couple of new ones. The seated calf raises felt good. The explosive step ups were fun. And nothing bothered the achilles.
