At PT first I did a few minutes of barefoot running to get some vids of my feet when landing. Arches look good! And so does my leg angle. As in, I am landing under myself with my tibia almost straight as opposed to behind me with my tibia bent. What that means is I am putting significantly less stress on my plantar fascia now. Very happy with both of these improvements! The rest of the running is some more running with shoes on the treadmill, followed by one more go on the fancy force treadmill from my initial gait analysis.
