Notes

I was sore after lift and a little more sore the day after. But I was a lot more sore today, two days after. More than I should be. This is all in my lower back. I think it is my SI joint again. I went to start my run and it was way too bad. Felt like it had before. Did the SI joint reset technique, which I think worked, but I am still quite sore. Going to take today off and hopefully the soreness from both the joint coming out and from the reset procedure goes away tomorrow.
