Woke up much too late at the cape to get a long run in there, and it was probably going to be more comfortable back home anyways. So after we all drove home Jake and I just did a long run from Jake's house. It was kinda hot when we started but was pretty damn comfortable for the last half-ish. Went a pretty good pace too. Pretty quality long run for doing these things like once a month lol.
