I was hoping I'd be less sore today but turns out it was just as bad. I had a 7 mile loop planned but at 1.5ish in I decided it wasn't worth it. I just did a short lollipop back to my house. I have PAL practice tomorrow night so hopefully a full 36 hours from this run will be enough to be recovered.
