Easy run before PAL practice. Ran enough to be just on time for practice. Wanted between 6 and 7 so this was adequate, although I wish I had enough time to get to 7. Still though, looking at the rest of this week a 12-13 mile long run and a couple more 6-8 mile runs will land me somewhere in the mid-50s for this week. So pretty much exactly where I want to be. I think I'll be doing a workout of some sort Saturday. Two thoughts I had are 400 repeats and a light tempo. Hmm, maybe combine the tempo with a little speed in the end? I know I want both types of workouts soon. And I haven't started doing tempos yet. I'll probably decide the day of.
