Notes

Ran all of 20 seconds after my 12 donuts before deciding to stop. I felt pretty alright stomach-wise, but my calf was just way too tight. I did not want to risk anything. I just stopped on the spot.

I am going to take the rest of this week off and just stretch, roll, and recover. Hopefully the full week off going into the race will make it feel a lot better. If not, I'll just muscle through the race at a slow pace, and evaluate what I want to do from a running perspective after that. But for this weekend going for maximum recovery for a maximum race effort.
