The rest of the bicycle escorts were meeting to bike the course today so I figured I'd bring Jake along for a long run and do the rest of his long run via bicycle. We did the first and second loop of the course which got us to 11 pretty perfectly. Jake decided to stop there as well so I didn't do any biking after. 50 miles for the week!! Feels good. Felt pretty sore today from the hike before doing the run so we'll see how I feel tomorrow.
