First run back after PT! I have been doing a few weeks now of twice-weekly gait retraining, but this is my first run on my own and outside! Ran with Jake and Justin after the Pelham Invite. Took the trails and was going easy so probably why the pace is so slow. The pace will be slow for a while, 7:30ish, while I take my sweet sweet time building up again. I am using the plan I got from the running center which only has me running 3-4 times a week for a while.

It's been too long since I've been on here, just been super busy and the fact that I wasn't running didn't exactly motivate me to catch it back up. There has been a lot of biking going on, it's all on my GPS logging site but haven't gotten it over here yet. I'd like to get this all caught up eventually but it could take a while. Life is getting in the way. I'm gonna at least start logging again going forward as I start my on-my-own recovery plan.
