Notes

Performance WO #7 - Performance Prep

Felt a bit tired for this but warmed up into it. Helped that it wasn't that long of a lift. Kept squat at 155 to make sure things are okay post-SI joint. Felt fine. Same with everything else. Went up a bit on suitcase carry. Challenging but fine.
