Tempo attempt. Had some pretty bad stomach issues which cut this short. 1st mile was 5:37, pretty good even if it was aided by downhill. Then a little bit after that stomach issues started. Not a big deal at first but worse and worse as I went on. Hit me pretty hard right before I decided to slow down. At that point I just needed to get back and use the restroom so it was a slow and steady cooldown straight to my house because of that. So bad tempo but not because of my fitness level. Still sucks.
