A Steve cubed run plus a lone Chris. Only wanted 5 today. Been doing 3 days, off, repeat so now wanna do 4 days in a row. Keep the run distance at around 5 miles and increase number of days until I get to seven. Then add in a longer run, then gradually increase the average run distance.
