Since it was so nice today, I decided to take ride my motorcycle instead of my bicycle in the free time I had after States. I did run around a lot at States. I only started noticing my foot towards the end of my running, and I ran a little over a mile all told. Before it would take a lot less running to notice it, like 10-15 seconds. So that is a good sign.
