Performance WO #9
For the first set of deadlifts I put on less weight so I could really get my shoulders correct, and so that I could try getting really low, to stretch my hamstrings. I think the latter helped when I put on the 45 plates, I could touch them on the ground a little easier. Still a struggle to keep my shoulders locked though. The actual lift through my feet, legs, and hips is not that hard. But I don't want to go back up until I get my shoulders good. I haven't had time to watch through and study videos on it. Besides that went back to slow lower for pull-ups. About the same I guess.
And no bike today. It was a long day and I was pretty tired and not feeling it. Very glad I got my lift done and made the decision to run tomorrow instead.
