Notes
Pretty cool run today. Steve and I ran out to meet Colin halfway, then we all headed up Holmes for some trails. I have only done these trails a couple times but I didn't remember them being too difficult to figure out. Lots of uphill to the start of the trail, then lots of downhill once we got on the trail. It was a little dicey because of all of the leaves covering up the rocks and roots. It was mostly fine until later on when both Colin and Steve slightly twisted their ankles on the same rock.
Still, it was nice to be on the trails and going along at a nice and easy pace. I thought today was supposed to be the hour long run. Oops. I think Saturday I will just do 30-40 and then 45-50 on Monday. I also don't have any plan from PT for after Saturday so I may have to come up with my own thing.
