Good run this morning. Trying to get back up to 50 this week. Back in the zero drop, low stack shoes. Felt good! Felt the achilles a little at 5 miles before going away again. Pace a little slow, idk why, but felt comfortably easy at least. Hill sprints after, which also felt good.
