Performance WO #12 - Compound B
Good lift today. A little tired at first but fine once I got going. 185 on RDL felt good, and going up was quick. Wonder if I should go up. Next time I have 3x8 I'll try 3x12 instead. Everything else felt about right. Well, I may want to up the weight and lower the reps for barbell calf raises. Should probably do 3x5-6.
