Nice easy run on the golf course and surrounding trails. I think I've fully redlined them at this point. Not a ton there. But good enough to keep me occupied for a slow run. This was relaxing and I think just the type of run I needed. Hoping it had a good recovery effect because I am really feeling the DOMS today.
