Fun run in the snow this afternoon. It was actually pretty awesome. Went out to Kessler Farms since I knew I'd have quiet roads. Traction was surprisingly good. I'm sure the snow slowed me down somewhat but I didn't perceive it. Parts of the road were slippery but on the layer of snow on the sidewalk my trail running shoes worked really well. I did 2 laps of Kessler Farms, and that plus a couple add-on loops got me 6 miles just before it really got dark out.
Oh also, I am still quite sore from lifting yet it didn't seem to affect this run at all. Must not matter much for easy run pace.
