Ran a 10k road race today, didn't do too bad. Sean and I went out in 5:30 and ended up just holding that for most of the race. I was able to have a little bit of a kick for the last mile and change for a strong finish. I've never ran a race this early so I was kinda worried about that, but it ended up not being a problem. Also I ran it without using my inhaler but I don't think it really affected me just because of how long the race was. So overall in happy with today, a solid 10k for sure.
