Easy run from the Virginia checkpoint. Wow the water was high today. The falls covered most of the rocks that I could see just a few weeks ago. We took a slightly different trail today so I was able to see a lot more of the lock system. Super cool. Can't believe people built that by hand 250 years ago during wartime. I felt quite good during the run. I think I'm starting to feel in vacation mode. Less stressed.
