Notes

Felt alright for the first mile but couldn't pick up the pace after it. Not terrible but not where I should be. Maybe it was the day's diet (subway wasn't a good choice), the late start time, first time running the 3k, etc., so I'll wait until after the next meet until I decide there is something else I need to change.
