Tried a new exercise set today. #9, "Horizontal Force". I wanted to do something with deadlifts as I deadlifted with a straight bar for the first time in PT yesterday. I went conservative today and made sure my form was good. My back was good but shoulders maybe a little rounded. Not by much though. Also had hip thrusts in the same set, and I got over 200 lbs on them! I guess I shouldn't be too surprised, it's not a very difficult movement and the bar only travels a short distance. I can definitely do a fair bit more weight too.
