Notes

Landmines starting to feel pretty easy. I should probably go up to 45 here. I was also surprised by the same on split squat; 30 lb dumbbells used to feel tough and now it felt not too hard! So will have to try 35 there next. Hip thrust at 225 again. I've done that already, and it feels like the right level of effort. Pull-ups were solid, 18 total, definitely feeling easier there too. But I think I'm gonna go back to slow lower for a while. It will probably help more in the long run.
