Started the run thinking that quad tightness/soreness would go away after 5-15 minutes but it didn't. I waited a little longer, too long in hindsight. Turned around after 30 minutes and stretching when it was evident it wasn't going away. Got a lot slower after turning around, I was trying to be cautious but also trying to get back. Doesn't hurt but at the same time it feels uncomfortable enough that I probably shouldn't keep running on it like this.
